Biography
Phillip Campbell
Phillip Campbell is the founder of Campbell Law offices, which has its main office in Oakland, California.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from the University of Illinois and became a Certified Public Accountant
immediately thereafter. He earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Vermont Law School, a semester of which was spent studying
International Law at St. Anne's College in Oxford, England, and earned a Legal Master's (LL.M.) in taxation from Golden Gate
University. He is a member of the State Bar of California and admitted to practice in the United States District Court,
the United States Court of Appeals, and the United States Tax Court.
Mr. Campbell is an officer of the Trust and Estate Executive Committee of his County Bar Association; sits on the Probate
Bench/Bar Advisory Committee; is a Judge
Pro Tem for the Superior Court of California in and for the County of
Alameda; is a trustee of the Oakland Rotary Endowment; a Court-appointed fiduciary; and teaches seminars on advanced
estate planning and trusts.
